# Account Bounded Error

Follow these instructions if you tried to bind your account and this message appeared:

1. Go to <https://soquest.xyz/profile> and connect with your **Boost** wallet.

2. Click on any of the social logo:&#x20;

3. Click on the relevant media you wish to connect:

3. If your media is already connected to another profile, the following window will pop up. Click on the first option and "Proceed:

4. A new window will open and show which media is connected
