Account Bounded Error

Account bounded to another profile message can happen if your social account is already bound to another profile on Soquest website, preventing you from binding the account through Poolz Boost

Follow these instructions if you tried to bind your account and this message appeared:

1. Go to https://soquest.xyz/profile and connect with your Boost wallet.

2. Click on any of the social logo:

3. Click on the relevant media you wish to connect:

3. If your media is already connected to another profile, the following window will pop up. Click on the first option and "Proceed:

4. A new window will open and show which media is connected

The channel we connected will be updated on Boost's website in a few minutes. In the meantime, you can connect all your channels from here if you want
